Arcenciel & L’artisan Du Liban: ‘Tourath’ Collection
The in-house ceramic production at arcenciel is run entirely by people with disabilities.
Products start out as clay and end up as decorative household items. For this ‘Tourath’ collection, each ceramic piece was hand painted. Every painting represents a Lebanese theme, specifically around life in the villages.
This shaffe coffee cup revives tradition by telling stories of the times spent in Lebanese villages. Here a woman and a man are preparing Saj, a type of bread that is commonly eaten in the Levant and throughout the Middle East. The “Tourath” collection sheds a new light on how they can be celebrated and reconnected with the modern world.
Add charm to your kitchen with this Lebanese-themed ceramics collection.
